Classical Islamic theology has laid down a meticulous and intricate methodology of dealing with novel issues from theological perspectives; to understand actualise religious viewpoints regarding any matter or event that did not take place during the early formative period Shari’ah, i.e., lifetime Prophet (S.). During later period, classical scholars developed several principles such as Qiyas (analogical deduction), Ijma’(consensus), Istihsan (public interest), ‘Urf (local norms) so on, all together would build construct concept Ijtihad (independent interpretation), which be carried out by competent scholars. Organ transplantation, organ donation is conceptual component, contemporary issue was familiar among Muslim in era. Therefore, it scholars’ responsibility address this bring judicial inference into discussion. In doing so, some differ opinions.
